Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Deposits can be requested for a refund if the cancellation is made within this 24-hour window.

Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund.

No-Shows:

• Deposits will not be returned for no-shows.

• Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

• All deposit requests are subject to verification and review.

• We recommend rescheduling in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment
